The Upper Beach residence worthy of a modern Femme Fatale

Custom artwork, brushed brass, and dusty pink accents transform a typical condo suite into the ultimate abode for a modern-day Femme Fatale. The limitations of the space were overcome through the clever use of wallpaper and panelling to create the feeling of distinct areas, even though the kitchen, living space, and dining area are 50 ft².

“My favourite space is my bedroom, it’s cozy, sleek and functional.”

Transforming a condo into a chic apartment

Chic grasscloth wallpaper in the foyer, linear wall panelling, and a custom fireplace mantel elevate the interior to create a richly finished urban pied-à-terre. The dining room’s floral artwork hangs off the custom wall panelling and grounds the pink-hued dining set. Custom wood panel fixtures in both the master and guest suites draw attention to the exposed concrete ceiling.

Material Highlights

Smoked mirrors combine with moody artwork to create a sense of mystique in the space, balanced by the clean, sleek fixtures of the kitchen and flooring. The brass details of the bar, tasteful wallpaper, and accessories evoke a sense of timeless style.

“I love how everything looks so put together and gives a great first impression. Entertaining is a joy as everything looks so beautiful!”
